Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy applies to the VPNGD marketing website, user panel, and subscription service. It explains why data is collected, how it is used, and how it can be deleted. Third-party payment pages are governed by the privacy policies of their respective providers.

Account and Order Data

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. An email address is not needed to open an account and is not collected as a required field. The account system processes usernames, password verification data, and account status for identity verification and subscription management. Passwords are not stored in plaintext.

Order data includes the selected plan, amount, payment method, transaction status, and necessary transaction identifiers. This information is used to confirm payment, allocate data, process refunds, and resolve disputes. Cumulative data usage and subscription status are billing data and do not include browsing content.

When a user submits a support ticket, this service processes the description and attachments they provide. Please redact passwords, payment credentials, and subscription links in screenshots. A full account password is not needed to troubleshoot an issue.

No-Logs Policy and Operational Diagnostics

VPNGD does not record which websites users visit through the subscription service. It does not store browsing content, destination addresses, or DNS query history, and does not create records that can be used to trace an individual's online activity.

Subscription routes do not persist connection logs that could reconstruct individual activity. These include records linking source and destination addresses, per-connection timelines, and session histories. Accordingly, no retention period is set for such logs. Account verification and data usage billing process only the information needed to deliver the service.

Operational diagnostics use aggregated traffic data, route errors, and resource status. Client logs voluntarily submitted for troubleshooting are treated as support ticket materials and may contain sensitive information. Please review and redact them first; they are cleared when no longer needed to resolve the issue.

Site Analytics and Browser Storage

Website analytics help us understand page readership, referral sources, client types, and button usage so we can improve content and navigation. These analytics are not used to record websites accessed through subscription routes and should not be linked to browsing content. Website requests and subscription route connections are separate data processing activities.

Cookies and local storage are used to maintain necessary sessions and save login credentials and language preferences. Login credentials may be used for authentication in subsequent requests and should be retained only on trusted devices.

Users can restrict cookies, clear site data, or sign out of the panel in their browser settings. Clearing storage may end a login session and remove preferences, but it does not delete account or order data from the server.

Third-Party Payments and Data Disclosure

VPNGD supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party providers. To complete a transaction, a provider receives the necessary order identifier and amount. This service receives transaction results and reconciliation information, but does not collect payment account passwords.

Third-party providers are responsible for the data they process, and users should review their policies before paying. Except as necessary to deliver the service, perform technical processing, verify transactions, or meet legal obligations, this service does not disclose account information externally or sell personal data. In response to a lawful data request, only existing information within the necessary scope is provided after the legal basis has been verified.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order records are retained as required for fulfillment, refunds, reconciliation, dispute handling, and applicable laws. Analytics are deleted or aggregated once their purpose has been met, and support ticket attachments are cleared when no longer needed. Retention periods depend on the purpose of processing; no single fixed period is promised.

Users can sign in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information. This service will verify account ownership and explain the scope of processing and any records that must still be retained. Deleting an account may affect subscription delivery, so please first check for pending orders and support matters.

Data that must be retained for legal obligations or unresolved disputes will be restricted to those purposes. Residual data in backups is cleared as backups rotate and is not restored for routine operations.

Policy Updates and Privacy Questions

Policy revisions will be published on this page, and the date above will be updated. Material changes to processing purposes, data scope, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the panel. Where new processing requires consent, continued browsing will not replace the required authorization.

Questions about data use, deletion progress, or this policy can be submitted through a panel support ticket. For account use and refund rules, please also see the Terms of Service.
