Service and Scope

VPNGD provides international routes and subscription configurations for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Clients and subscription details are available after signing in to the user panel; eligibility to download a client is determined by the panel. The service does not include accounts, memberships or content licenses for third-party websites.

Route coverage, plan details and usage instructions are based on the information published on this site. Network acceleration is intended to optimize cross-border connections and does not guarantee access to third-party services. Target websites may set their own regional, account and content access policies.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription configuration secure. Do not publish them or share them with untrusted parties. If you suspect that your credentials have been exposed or your account is being used unexpectedly, change your password promptly and contact support through a ticket in the panel.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be connected simultaneously. Personal and family devices may share an account. This does not permit reselling or renting accounts, or sharing accounts or subscriptions with the public outside your family. You may not package the subscription as a commercial service or use automated requests to disrupt the platform or other users.

Billing and Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used and do not expire.

Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Before confirming an order, check the billing method, data allowance and amount. You can view the status and usage of a specific order in the user panel.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. Sign in to the user panel and submit your request through the support ticket portal, including the relevant order details for review. You do not need to provide evidence of a poor user experience. We will update you on the refund through the ticket; the time it takes for funds to arrive depends on payment channel processing.

Lawful Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and in any jurisdiction relevant to your use, as well as the terms of service of target websites. You may not use the service for fraud, infringement, malicious attacks, distributing unlawful content or other illegal activities. You may not access or interfere with another person's devices or network without authorization.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. VPNGD may handle relevant matters in accordance with applicable law and valid legal procedures. For information about how personal data is handled, please see the Privacy Policy.

Availability and Liability

Connection quality depends on factors such as your local network, carrier routing, route maintenance and the status of target services. VPNGD does not guarantee access at all times, in all regions or to every third-party service, and does not guarantee third-party content, account status or policies will remain unchanged.

If you encounter a problem, first check your configuration using the Setup Guide, then submit a ticket with details of the issue and your environment. Maintenance or faults may cause temporary interruptions; related notices will be posted on the site or in the user panel. Liability is determined under applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

VPNGD may restrict connections, suspend or terminate accounts for unlawful use, resale, public sharing of subscriptions or repeated disruption of the service. In urgent situations, restrictions may be applied first, with an explanation provided through the panel. If you disagree, you may submit a ticket to request a review. Relevant orders and refunds remain subject to these terms and applicable law.

Changes to these terms will be published on this page along with an updated date. Changes that materially affect user rights will be explained in a notice on the site or in the panel. New rules will not retroactively remove refund rights for orders already placed. Review any changes before continuing to use the service, and submit a ticket with questions or to request that your use of the service be discontinued.
