About VPNGD
Service scope, route selection, and privacy principles.
Cross-border access across multiple devices
VPNGD is a cross-border network subscription for individuals and families, with international routes for accessing global websites, using AI tools, and streaming. It supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with unlimited devices connected at once for easy switching between devices. Monthly subscriptions suit regular use, while data packages work for occasional needs and never expire.
Route Selection and Troubleshooting
Choose routes based on real-world performance; the number of destinations covered does not guarantee the same connection quality everywhere. VPNGD offers 120+ countries and 160+ routes. Check the panel for current nodes, and test connections based on the service you want to access, your network, and the time of day.
If something goes wrong, first check your subscription status and client settings, then switch routes and compare results. If the issue persists, submit a support ticket through the panel with your device platform, error message, and usage scenario. Do not include your password or full subscription URL. VPNGD offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund; see the Terms of Service for application details.
No Logs and Minimal Data Collection
VPNGD follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. Accounts are created with a username and password; no email is required. Data collection is limited to what is needed for accounts, billing, and troubleshooting. When reporting an issue, share the error details rather than a complete record of your personal usage. See the Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
