Monthly Plans & Data Packs

Choose between monthly plans and data packs. Monthly plans include a set data allowance that resets each month. Data packs aren’t time-based: they last until used and never expire. Prices for both options are listed below.

Monthly plans: data resets on your activation date

Best for users who need cross-border access every month. When choosing an allowance, consider your combined usage across computers, tablets, and other devices—not just one app.

Monthly plan

60GB

¥9.9 /month

A good fit for light use, such as browsing, research, and text-based AI tools, with limited video streaming or large downloads.

  • 60GB per month
  • Data resets monthly on your activation date
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 14-day, no-questions-asked refunds

This is the smallest allowance. Streaming video, downloading files, and background apps transferring data can use it up quickly. It’s suited to light use, not unlimited data.

Choose This Plan
Monthly plan

250GB

¥18 /month

For users who regularly visit international websites for work or study and also stream video, download files, or use multiple devices.

  • 250GB per month
  • Data resets monthly on your activation date
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 14-day, no-questions-asked refunds

More monthly data than the light-use plan, but shared device usage still adds up. A larger allowance doesn’t guarantee access to a particular website or dedicated bandwidth.

Choose This Plan
Monthly plan

500GB

¥28 /month

For users who stream or transfer files often, or share the plan across household devices with higher monthly data needs.

  • 500GB per month
  • Data resets monthly on your activation date
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 14-day, no-questions-asked refunds

This monthly plan includes a larger data allowance, but it isn’t unlimited. Background syncing, video quality, and simultaneous use by multiple people all affect consumption. Check your dashboard regularly.

Choose This Plan

Your monthly plan resets on its activation date, not at the start of each calendar month. After activation, check your subscription details and remaining data in the dashboard so you can plan your usage for the current period. The monthly allowance is a data budget, not a guaranteed number of hours of video. Video quality, compression, caching, and background transfers from other apps all affect actual usage.

The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into remaining days. If your current allowance doesn’t match your needs, check the upgrade options and order details in the user dashboard before confirming a change. This page doesn’t estimate the resulting dates or label plans as unverified discounts or “best value.” Choose based on how often you use the service, your data needs, and what you’re comfortable spending.

Data Packs: Use Until Depleted, Never Expire

Best for irregular usage. Unlike a monthly plan, unused data stays available and isn’t replenished automatically when a new month begins.

Data pack

300GB

¥158 /pack

For occasional visits to international websites or intermittent needs such as travel and research.

  • 300GB total
  • Use until depleted; never expires
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices

Data is deducted from your total usage, with no monthly reset. If you use less, the remaining balance stays available; if you use it often, check your balance to decide whether you need another pack.

Choose This Plan
Data pack

1000GB

¥358 /pack

For users with irregular schedules but higher cumulative needs for file transfers or streaming who want to top up less often.

  • 1000GB total
  • Use until depleted; never expires
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices

A larger total allowance doesn’t change the billing rules. All devices share the same data pack; each device doesn’t get its own allowance.

Choose This Plan
Data pack

3000GB

¥658 /pack

For individuals or households with clearly defined total data needs who prefer not to budget by month.

  • 3000GB total
  • Use until depleted; never expires
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices

Check your actual usage before choosing a larger data pack. “Never expires” describes the pack’s validity; it doesn’t mean the data keeps accumulating.

Choose This Plan

Choose a data pack based on your total usage, not whether you can use it all in a given month. If you sometimes use a lot and sometimes go long periods without using it, a pack that never expires may suit that pattern better. If you have regular daily needs, compare monthly plans too—don’t decide on the upfront price alone.

If you have both a monthly plan and a data pack, check the user dashboard for details such as which allowance is used first and how to switch between them. This page doesn’t assume how the allowances combine. Before paying, check the selected item’s name and distinguish between a monthly-reset allowance and a cumulative-use allowance to avoid choosing the wrong billing option.

Included with Every Plan

Plans mainly differ in data allowance and billing rules. Shared details about devices, platforms, and route coverage are below. Check the user dashboard for the current node list and subscription status.

Unlimited simultaneous devices
Use the service across computers, tablets, and other devices. Unlimited devices means there’s no cap on the number connected—it doesn’t mean unlimited data or a separate allowance for each device. For household use, include streaming, downloads, and background syncing across all devices in your estimate.
120+ countries / 160+ routes
Routes cover cross-border access needs in different regions. Consider both the location of the service you want to reach and the connection’s actual performance; the number of locations alone can’t tell you how a specific route will perform. Start with the route list →, then check the current nodes in your dashboard.
Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux
The service supports these platforms. Sign in to access your subscription; check the user dashboard for client download availability. Import steps and permission prompts may differ between operating systems. Follow the relevant steps in the setup guide → rather than copying instructions for another platform.
14-day, no-questions-asked refunds
Review the refund policy as you compare plans. For help with allowance selection, order status, or connectivity, open a support ticket in the user dashboard and include the relevant details. See the Terms of Service for refund eligibility; no additional promises are made about processing or payment times.

If you don’t have usage data yet, start by listing how you use the service: mostly text and browsing, or frequent video and large downloads; solo use, or sharing across household devices. Then check data usage in your dashboard to see whether your allowance fits. Price differences between plans don’t indicate different speeds; this page doesn’t list different bandwidth figures by plan.

Payment Methods & Order Checks

Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are accepted. Pay through the user dashboard. This page lists plans only and doesn’t collect payment details.

Alipay WeChat Pay USDT

Confirm Your Plan, Then Pay

Select “Choose This Plan” on a plan card to continue to the user dashboard. After signing in, check the billing option, data allowance, and order total. Pay close attention to the difference between monthly plans and data packs: similar data amounts don’t mean the same terms. Before confirming, review the order details shown in the dashboard. If anything doesn’t match, stop and ask through a support ticket.

Complete Payment as Instructed

After choosing Alipay or WeChat Pay, follow the instructions on the payment page. For USDT, check the network, recipient details, and amount shown on the page before transferring. Don’t use old screenshots, forwarded messages, or text on this page to infer current payment details. This page doesn’t show a receiving address or specify fees, exchange rates, or processing times.

Check That Your Order and Subscription Match

After paying, return to the user dashboard and check the order status, then confirm that your subscription has updated and its data allowance matches the plan you selected. If the payment result and order status don’t match, keep your order details and payment confirmation, then explain the issue in a user dashboard support ticket →. Don’t pay again before checking. If you attach screenshots, hide payment details unrelated to the issue. Never share your password or full subscription link.

14-day, no-questions-asked refunds

Consider the refund policy alongside the plan allowance. See the Terms of Service for full eligibility details, and check order-specific information in the user dashboard.

To request a refund, open the support ticket page in the user dashboard, clearly state your request, and include the relevant order details. The plan name, payment method, and current order status can help verify the order. If you’re also having connection issues, you can mention the platform and error message, but troubleshooting isn’t a requirement for requesting a refund.

Follow up in the same ticket and provide any additional information needed to process your request. Refund processing and the time it takes for funds to arrive may depend on your payment provider. Check the ticket response and provider records; submitting a request doesn’t mean the refund has already arrived. This page doesn’t promise a fixed review or payment time, or set different refund terms by payment method.

To avoid confusion, identify the specific item in your refund request rather than listing only the data amount. Monthly plans and data packs have different prices and terms, so the original order needs to be identified accurately. If you’re unsure about eligibility, check the Terms of Service and ask through a support ticket. Don’t post account passwords, payment records, or subscription details on public pages.

Billing & Refund FAQs

Find answers about resets, upgrades, shared use, and order support. For connection and client issues, visit the Help Center →.

When does monthly plan data reset?

Data resets monthly on the activation date, not at the start of each calendar month. Check your subscription details in the user dashboard for your billing cycle and remaining data. The non-expiring data-pack rule does not apply to monthly plans.

Do data packs expire or refill each month?

Data packs never expire and remain available until used; they don’t refill monthly. Options: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Choose based on your total expected usage, not as a monthly subscription with a reset allowance.

How is a mid-cycle monthly plan upgrade calculated?

The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into remaining days. Check the updated order and subscription details in the user dashboard. Don’t calculate the difference as a full month; this page doesn’t offer additional discounts or other billing periods.

Do I pay extra to use the plan across family devices?

There’s no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, and pricing doesn’t vary by device count. All devices share the plan’s data allowance. Adding devices doesn’t increase that allowance or provide dedicated bandwidth for each device.

What if my dashboard doesn’t update after payment?

First check the payment result and order status in the dashboard, then refresh your subscription details. If they don’t match, keep your order information and open a support ticket in the user dashboard with your payment method, payment result, and a description of the issue. Don’t pay again until the status has been checked.

How do I request a refund?

VPNGD offers a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. Submit your request through a support ticket in the user dashboard and include the relevant order details to help verify and process it. See the Terms of Service for eligibility. Track your refund through the ticket and confirm receipt with your payment provider.
