Routes, devices and service assurances

Everyday use of international networks

From evening research and AI tools on your computer to video devices at home, consider how you plan to use the service before choosing a plan. The client illustration is for reference; available routes and settings are shown in the user panel.

Speed and performance during peak hours

A page loading quickly and a connection staying stable over time are two different things. VPNGD offers IEPL dedicated lines. When choosing a route, you may want to start with Japan, Singapore or Hong Kong, then compare performance for the region where your destination website is hosted. During peak hours, check whether pages load, files transfer and videos buffer consistently instead of relying only on connection test results. Your local broadband, Wi-Fi and the destination service can all affect speed. If performance fluctuates, keep your current settings and test another route to help identify the cause.

Military-grade encryption and account security

VPNGD highlights military-grade encryption as a connection security feature, but network protection does not replace the security of individual website accounts. Get the client and subscription from the user panel, store your username and password securely, and avoid posting subscription details in public forums. When visiting international websites, check that the address is correct and the connection is encrypted. No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password, so be sure to keep your login details safe. See the privacy policy for details on how data is handled.

Unlimited devices at the same time

Use your computer for research, tablet for video and mobile device for messages, configuring each for its platform without scheduling around a device limit. VPNGD allows unlimited devices online at the same time and supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. That works for personal use across devices and makes it easier to connect household devices. Keep in mind that device limits and plan data are separate: simultaneous transfers on multiple devices all count toward your account's data. Verify the subscription on a frequently used device first, then set up the others. This also makes troubleshooting easier.

AI tools and Cursor connectivity

With AI tools, opening the website is only the first step. Check that sign-in, responses, file uploads and editor requests all work as expected. VPNGD can provide the network connection to international AI services; for desktop tools such as Cursor, confirm that requests are using the client configuration. For regular work, try to stick with a route in the same region. If a request times out, check the tool's message and client connection status before switching routes. Network service does not include AI platform memberships or replace platform account eligibility, regional policies or usage rules.

Streaming access and playback checks

Streaming depends on content availability by region, account permissions and a stable connection. Choose a route for your target region, open the service homepage, then play a specific title and check picture quality, seeking and uninterrupted playback. VPNGD offers international routes, but platform catalogs and access policies can change; a region label alone does not guarantee a specific title will be available. Video typically uses more data than text browsing. If household devices are streaming together, check your usage in the panel when choosing between a monthly plan and a data package.

14-day no-questions-asked refunds

To see whether the service suits your network, test it on your usual devices and during the times you normally use it. VPNGD offers 14-day no-questions-asked refunds. After activation, import your subscription and check everyday websites, work tools and video playback—not just whether the client says it is connected. If something goes wrong, check the setup guide and submit a support ticket through the user panel with your platform, what you were doing and any error message. See the terms of service for full refund eligibility details, and do not share subscription details publicly when requesting account support.

Popular locations and route selection tips

Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, the United States and France are the popular locations shown here. A location indicates the egress region, not guaranteed access to a specific website. Check the user panel for available cities and nodes.

Start with what you want to do when choosing a route. For general browsing, compare locations that work well with your local connection; for region-specific services, choose the corresponding egress location. Geographic distance is only one factor—the actual path also depends on your local carrier and the destination service's network. Don't treat a single test result as the whole picture. What matters is whether your usual websites load fully, work requests complete consistently and videos play without frequent buffering.

The route status display below is for browsing route information; it does not represent the complete connection from your device to a destination website. If no status is shown, check locations in the route list and user panel. If a route is underperforming, keep your client rules unchanged, switch locations and retest on the same website. Avoid changing several settings at once, which can make the issue harder to pinpoint.

Check the location, route type and destination service results separately.

Get the client and subscription

Sign in to the user panel to get your subscription. Choose the entry point for your device's operating system. Client download eligibility is shown in the panel; this page does not provide public installation packages or subscription links.

Windows

Import your subscription on your computer, then check the system proxy and connectivity in your usual browser.

Get the client

macOS

Configure the client as described in the panel, grant permissions, then test websites and desktop tools.

Get the client

Android

Import your subscription and grant VPN permission. Check whether system battery settings affect the connection.

Get the client

iOS

Follow the links and instructions in the panel, and allow the system to add a VPN configuration.

Get the client

Linux

Check your system environment first, then import the subscription as described in the panel and test app requests.

Get the client

For your first setup, make sure your account plan appears correctly in the panel, then get your subscription and import it into the client. Once imported, you should see a list of locations or routes. Choose one, connect and open a website you actually plan to use. A connected status only means the connection process has started; it does not mean every app is using the same network settings. If your browser works but a desktop tool does not, check that tool's proxy settings instead of repeatedly importing the subscription.

When switching devices, follow the same steps on the new one and keep your subscription details secure. Updating a subscription, switching routes and reinstalling a client are different actions. Identify the issue first, then take the appropriate steps. See the setup guide for the complete walkthrough; Android users can also read the dedicated installation and permissions guide.

Monthly plans / data packages that never expire

Choose a plan that fits how often you use it

Monthly plans suit regular use, with data resetting each month on your activation date. Data packages suit occasional or irregular use: they're valid until used and never expire. Consider your usage habits first, then compare data allowances.

Monthly plans

60GB

¥9.9 /month

A starting point for light use, such as web browsing and research. Check your usage history to see whether the allowance is enough.

Monthly plans

250GB

¥18 /month

Worth comparing if you regularly visit international websites, use AI tools and stream video. Keep an eye on combined upload and download usage.

Monthly plans

500GB

¥28 /month

Consider this option if you need more data, especially if you want to account for household devices, video and file transfers together.

  • Data resets monthly on your activation date

  • 14-day no-questions-asked refunds
Choose this plan

Monthly plan reset dates are based on your activation date, not automatically the first day of the calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted to remaining days; check the details shown in the panel before proceeding. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data. Downloads, file sync and video streaming all count toward usage, so checking your account records regularly is more reliable than estimating by time spent online.

VPNGD accepts Alipay, WeChat and USDT, and offers 14-day no-questions-asked refunds. When comparing plans, look beyond price and data allowance: check that your devices can be configured successfully and that performance suits your usual services and schedule. Plan capacity is not a speed guarantee and does not mean a particular tier will be faster on a specific platform.

Frequently asked questions before getting started

Check account, data and device rules before setting things up. Find more troubleshooting and billing details in the help center.

Do I need an email address?

No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your account details safe and avoid reusing a password from another website. Once you're in the user panel, check your plan status to access the subscription and client links. For account help, describe the issue using the support ticket feature in the panel.

Can I use a computer and mobile devices at the same time?

Yes. VPNGD allows unlimited devices online at the same time and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Configure each device for its platform; simultaneous use counts toward your account's shared data allowance. If several household devices are connected, check total usage in the panel rather than counting devices alone to decide whether the allowance is sufficient.

What's the difference between monthly plans and data packages?

Monthly plans come in 60GB, 250GB and 500GB tiers, with data resetting each month on your activation date. Data packages come in 300GB, 1000GB and 3000GB sizes and are valid until used, with no expiry. If you use the service regularly, compare monthly plans first; for less predictable usage, consider data packages. See the full plans page for current prices and rules.

Will AI tools or videos definitely work after I connect?

Check each service after connecting. Results depend on the network route, the destination service's regional policies, account permissions and app configuration. Test a website first, then an AI request or a specific video. Network service does not include third-party platform memberships. If something goes wrong, save the error message and check the client and app settings separately.

Can I request a refund if the service doesn't suit my network?

VPNGD offers 14-day no-questions-asked refunds; see the terms of service for full eligibility details. Test the service on your usual devices and during your normal usage hours soon after activation. If you need help, submit a ticket in the user panel with your operating system, what you were doing and any error message. Do not include subscription details that could be used publicly.
